I did this to my monstera deliciosa. Now I have a bunch of babies and I have mine planted in a pot. The wet sticks grew leaves. I was surprised that they all sprouted except two small ones. That is the only monstera I have right now. 😊 I think seeing you cut your plants gave me the courage to cut mine like that.

Omg Melissa….I wish I could send you a pic of the Aurea that I “found” in a Deliciosa that I purchased. I still have the mother plant and the Aurea has all yellow leaves with a bit of green. I’ve tried everything and nothing changes. The leaves curl but have NEVER browned, it’s really strange and sometimes I think I’ve stumbled upon something really special that I’m looking for some expertise to help with. Wish I could attach a pic

Wow! Gorgeous!! 🤩 Nature is Divine ✨ Guys! I have a question… just today, I rescued a poor Monstera that has just been destroyed. It was at a superstore. Outside. Has some good leaves left and I saw a new leaf shoot getting ready to unfurl. My question is should I clean off roots and put it in water with nutrients or should I attempt to clean it up and repot it in soil? This poor baby 😢 I’m not sure where it has a better chance of healing and survival. Thank you for any and all advice, in advance! 🤗✨🪴

Your el choco red is stunning! Question though - I have a few alocasias in pon and have recently upsized my frydek. I’m noticing all of them with water droplets on their leaf tips especially in the mornings. Right now they are on my kitchen table but are getting too big. I’m wanting to put them on the floor but worried about the excess water dripping onto the floors where my cats can lick at it. Any suggestions to stop the excess droplets?

Hey, Melissa, My ficus has some roots coming out of the pot, so I think it is time to repot, but I've never done it before, so I'm a little scared. I've seen some repotting videos, and people usually loose all the soil they can. Is that necessary, or can I do it like you did in the video (loose a little bit, but mantain most of the old soil)? I had a 12 square lack book shelf sit in assembled for 3 years 😂 your fine girl. Start off drilling a hole with a bit for the center switch to your hole thing put the center in the hole and start at an angle and then turn it to a 90 degree as you drill.
